The Friends of the Warren-Newport Public Library, founded in 1972, is a group of community volunteers committed to supporting the library through fundraising, programming and public awareness of library services. By operating Book Ends and through special sales, the Friends of the Library generously donated over $50,000 for programs, a new tween space, and other enhancements around the library in 2015.
Become part of this dynamic group with a basic membership for only $5! Look for applications around the library during February and online here. The next meeting is Thursday, Feb. 25, at 1pm in Meeting Room A. When you support the Friends, you support the library!
