Out of an abundance of caution, the Warren-Newport Public Library will continue requiring properly worn face masks for indoor visits until further notice. This is consistent with the requirements of schools and senior centers, which also serve our younger and older patrons. It will also help protect library staff and those who have not yet had the opportunity to be vaccinated.
WNPL will continue to monitor changing conditions and data, and the Board of Trustees will examine this requirement at each meeting. We will alert you when this safety precaution is no longer necessary. Thank you for your patience and understanding as WNPL adapts library services to the continually evolving guidelines.
