How to Access
WNPL cardholders in good standing can use this service. You can access Lynda.com via the library’s Databases page or you can go directly to Lynda.com. You will need to create a profile before you can start any of the courses.
- Go directly to Lynda.com, click on “Sign In“, then on “Sign in with Your Organization Portal“.
- From there you can enter the library’s URL (www.wnpl.info) and click on Continue.
- This will take you to the log in screen where you will create your profile (you will have to enter your WNPL library card number and a password that is at least 6 characters long and consists of both letters and numbers) or sign in with your library card number and password if you have already established a Lynda.com profile.
Now that you have created a profile and are logged in, you can view the tutorials. The Library link at the top of the page will list the thousands of the available tutorials. If you need further assistance in using Lynda.com, please see the FAQ page.
If you’ve forgotten your Lynda password, try resetting it. If this doesn’t work, please Lynda.com support at 1 (888) 335-9632. Use extension 623 to get to Client Services and say that you are a library patron who needs to reset their password. WNPL staff are not able to reset your Lynda.com password for you.
