100 Books Before College

Large "100" with comic book style design

Set yourself up for success with our 100 Books Before College program. Reading is one of the best ways to build skills, broaden your perspective, and prepare for life after high school. Whether you enjoy novels, nonfiction, graphic novels, or audiobooks, every book counts toward your goal.

Getting started is easy. Register on Beanstack and track your books using the Beanstack app. You can log everything you read, including books assigned for class, and it is perfectly fine to log the same book more than once. As you read, you will earn badges, see your progress grow, and stay motivated to reach your goal.

The challenge is simple: read 100 books before you graduate high school. Along the way you will discover new authors, explore fresh ideas, and grow your love for reading.

When you reach 100 books, stop by the Information Desk at the library for a prize! You may also check your eligibility and submit an application for the Friends of WNPL annual $1000 scholarship.
