The Friends of the Warren-Newport Public Library is a group of community volunteers committed to supporting the library through fundraising, programming, and raising awareness of library services. The Friends share a belief that a good library is essential to the intellectual and cultural growth of the community.
The Friends raise money for the library through BookEnds, their used book store, and other projects. BookEnds is open for browsing during library hours.
The Friends also sponsor special Saturday book sales. All book sales are held from 10am-3pm in Meeting Room A.

Friends 2018 meeting dates are to be announced. All meetings are on Thursdays and begin at 1:00pm and are held in Meeting Room A:There are no meetings in April, June, July, September, November or December.
The Friends appreciate book, DVD, and music CD donations for Book Ends and their Saturday Sales. Please note that the Friends do not accept donations of textbooks, computer manuals, magazines, or VHS tapes. Please view our donation guidelines here.
