The Warren-Newport Public Library (WNPL) is currently inviting construction management firms (CMs) to submit statements of qualifications for the planning and execution of an extensive renovation project. This project includes the renovation of the youth space and upgrades to the adult area furniture within the existing Library building.

A: We are looking for the structure of the fees, not a specific fee proposal
