- Cultural presentation by Sylvia England from the African American Museum at the England Manor
- Special performance by Another Vision Productions / Jonelle Glori
- Poetry reading by acclaimed poet Jacqueline Harris
- Inspiring art display and performance by elementary students from Woodland District 50
- African dance performance and interactive celebratory dance fit routine led by LTX Dance Studio
- Interactive community art project with the Dandelion Art Gallery & Studio
