Teen Leadership Council is a group of youth leaders in 6-12 grade looking to make a difference at the library. It’s a fun way to earn volunteer hours while planning library programming for your peers. If you are in middle or high school and would like to be a part of this dynamic team, please join us. Lego Robotics – SPIKE Prime (Grades 6-8)
Build and code robots combining colorful LEGO® building elements, easy-to-use hardware, and an intuitive drag-and-drop coding language based on Scratch. Registration not required. Thurs., Oct. 12.

 

 

Sphero Bolt (Grades 6-8)
Code Sphero Bolt, a robotic ball, through as obstacle course. Registration not required. Thurs., Oct. 19.

 

 

 

Gaming in The Vault (Grades 6-12)
A variety of systems and games will be available including the new Xbox® Series X, PlayStation® 5, Nintendo Switch™, and Oculus Rift. Registration not required. Every Monday from Sep. 11Nov. 27.

 

 

Improv Club: Ad Libs (Grades 9-12)
Join us on the first Tuesday of the month to grow your acting skills through games, activities, and fun performances! Registration required. Tues., Sep. 5; Tues., Oct. 3; Tues., Oct. 7.

 

 

Dungeons and Dragons (Grades 6-12)
Join our campaign in The Flex on the first and third Wednesdays of the month (unless otherwise noted). Our new campaign will be taking place in the world of the Four Nations using the Avatar Legends RPG. Registration required. Teen Lock In: Test Your Luck (Grades 6-12)
Test your Friday the 13th luck after hours during our Teen Lock-In with crafts, activities, and food. Registration is required along with a permission slip signed by a parent or legal guardian. Registration required. Fri., Oct. 13.

 

 

Cupcake Decorating Challenge (Grades 6-12)
Show off your creativity during our delicious cupcake decorating challenge. Have fun, win cool prizes, and enjoy your yummy cupcake creation. Allergy accommodation available, please notify in advance. Registration required. Tues., Nov. 7.

 

 

SAT/ACT Practice Exam (Grades 11-12)
