Two great teen programs!
We are very excited about the release of Mockingjay, the third book in the Hunger Games trilogy, titled and we’ve planned two great programs for teens to celebrate!
Teens in grades 6 to 12 can participate in our very own WNPL Hunger Games on Saturday, September 11th from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Contestants or Tributes will compete in archery, gross food eating, Hunger Games trivia and more to survive. Only one can win the Hunger Games Trophy! Additional prizes will be awarded and ice cream served. May the odds be ever in your favor!
Also, teens in grades 8 to 12 can read and discuss Mockingjay for our next Books on the Edge on Saturday, October 16th from 2 to 3 p.m. The first 10 teens to sign up at the Programming Office will receive a free copy of the book!
If you can’t attend, be sure to put a hold on Mockingjay from the library.
